Do I need my own domain name?
No, it's optional. If you already own one, we point it to your new site and only touch the website records, never your email settings, so your email keeps working exactly as before.

Who owns the website?
You own your business name, logo, photos, text and domain. While you're on the $29/month plan, we host and maintain the site for you. If you ever cancel, we send you the complete site files so you can host them anywhere you like.
Can I cancel? Is there a contract?
There's no contract. The $29/month plan is month to month, and you can cancel anytime by emailing us. There's no cancellation fee. Your site stays online until the end of the month you've paid for, and we send you your files.
How fast will my site be live?
Within 48 hours after we have your payment and your details (services, service area, phone number, and photos if you have them). If we need something from you, like a missing detail or a domain login, the clock starts once we have it.
Your one round of changes is usually turned around within one business day.
What edits are included each month?
Small edits that take up to 30 minutes a month in total: new hours, prices, a service added or removed, new photos, a seasonal note. Just email us what you want changed. Bigger projects, like new pages or a redesign, we quote up front before doing any work, so you're never surprised by a bill.
Is the preview you sent me my actual site?
It's a preview we built from your public listing info so you can see the idea before spending anything. Once you sign up, we finish it with your real details, photos and changes, remove the "preview" label, and put it live.
